Figure A: ECG recorded in a patient with dextrocardia with leads in the standard positions. Since depolarization proceeds toward the patient’s right side, the ECG obtained with the leads in the standard position shows right axis deviation and QRS complexes with small R waves and deep S waves in the precordial leads.
