A hepatobiliary scan performed shows a high-grade biliary obstruction with the absence of radiotracer activity within the common hepatic duct, gallbladder, common bile duct, and small bowel even at 4 hours.

Pancreatic Mass

CT scan of the abdomen is performed to evaluate for biliary obstruction showing an ill-defined hypodense lesion (arrow) in the pancreatic head measuring approximately 2.7 x 1.7 cm suspicious for a neoplasm involving head of the pancreas which shows no vascular involvement with mild upstream pancreatic duct dilation.
