Description

Comminuted fracture dislocation of the ankle with severe comminution of the distal fibular diaphysis and posterior and medial malleolar fractures with suspected taller dome fracture. Patient presented status post fall from 15 feet with palpable distal pulses. Study was limited secondary to patient injury, technique and overlying clothing.
