Description

This is interesting series of NCCT and ECG Images from 69 year old female presented to ER with acute onset of altered sensorium. Baseline investigations including ECG and NCCT head were done. NCCT head showing posterior cranial fossa bleed and simultaneously ECG Showing the typical features of raised ICP including giant inverted T waves in all most all leads with QT prolongation(QTC 547ms) and sinus bradycardia of rate 59 bpm. This is interesting ECG image reporting cerebral T waves of Intracranial bleed.
