First Degree AV Block

Description

Atrio-Ventricular blocks (AV blocks) prevent some or all conduction between the atria and ventricles. A first degree AV block is defined as a PR interval greater than 200 milliseconds (msec). In this ECG, the rhythm is normal sinus rhythm with a rate of 84/min and the PR intervals are approximately 230 msec. An additional finding is low QRS voltages in the limb leads.
