Giant Pancreatic Mucinous Cystic Neoplasm

Description

A 22-year-old female with cystic fibrosis (F508del/G551D) and exocrine pancreatic insufficiency presented with abdominal distension. CT scan showed a 16.5cm x 12.5cm x 17.9cm cystic lesion with septations anterior to the left kidney between the stomach and the spleen. Pathology indicated pancreatic mucinous cystic neoplasm (MCN).
