Description

Peripheral smear shows atypical mononuclear cells ,which are suspicious for a hematolymphoid neoplasm. Additionally, there is mild macrocytic anemia with moderate polychromasia and rare nucleated red blood cells, mild thrombocytopenia and absolute neutropenia without granulocyte dysplasia.
