Parkinsonian Tremor Causing ECG Artifact

Description

ECG artifact is present in the limb leads and in lead V1 as a result of the tremor of Parkinson's disease. The artifact is seen as regular deflections in these leads (especially V1) and the initial computer interpretation was atrial flutter. Upon further inspection of the precordial leads, it is clear that the rhythm is normal sinus rhythm at a rate of 76/min.
