Atrial Tachycardia with Variable AV Conduction followed by Slowing of AV Nodal Conduction and Ventricular Pacing

Description

The underlying rhythm is atrial tachycardia with variable AV conduction. Atrial waves are best seen in the lead V1 rhythm strip. The atrial rate is approximately 265/min and there is variable AV conduction with a ventricular rate of approximately 120/min. An abrupt slowing of AV nodal conduction, as might be seen with IV adenosine administration, occurs after the 10th QRS complex and is followed by ventricular pacing at a rate of 70/min. Atrial tachycardia continues throughout the recording. An additional finding is that of low QRS voltages in the limb leads.
