Apical Two chamber depicting the typical abnormal left ventricular (LV) shape, as is seen in Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy, close in resemblance to the classical apical ballooning sub-type of TTC. Apical akinesia and basal hyperkinesia are also visualized.
